An English summary of our Dutch privacy statement. In the event of a dispute, the Dutch text at segonda.nl/privacy is authoritative.
To process your order: name, email address, delivery and billing address, and optionally your company name. Your payment details go straight to our payment provider — we never see or store card or bank details.
Order data is processed to perform our contract with you and to meet our legal bookkeeping obligations. The newsletter and advertising cookies run on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Invoice data for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept no longer than needed to measure our advertising.
Mollie (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and MyParcel (shipping labels). Each has a processing agreement with us. With your consent, Meta and Google also receive advertising measurements; email addresses are hashed before they are sent.
Functional storage only, unless you accept advertising cookies in the banner. Decline and no tracking scripts load at all — the shop works exactly the same.
You may inspect, correct, delete or transfer your data, and object to processing. Email service@segonda.nl and we'll respond within one working day. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
